This policy explains what we collect when you use NZXT Server and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address and, if you connect Discord, your Discord username, user ID and avatar.
• Content you submit: server listings, descriptions, banners, reports and profile information.
• Activity: votes, connect clicks and basic usage statistics. Votes use an anonymous per-browser identifier stored on your device.
• Payment details: if you buy Premium, payment data is handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

How we use it

To run your account, publish and rank listings, verify server ownership, prevent abuse and vote manipulation, respond to reports, and notify our staff of relevant account activity through an internal Discord channel.

What we share

We do not sell your data. Public information such as your display name, avatar and your listings is visible to other visitors. We share data with service providers that host the site, process payments and deliver email, and with authorities where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep account and listing data for as long as your account is active. Deleting your account removes your profile and listings, though limited records may be retained where we need them for security or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, unlink Discord, remove your listings and delete your account from your settings page. You can also ask us to access, correct or delete your data by contacting us.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences and count votes fairly. Blocking them may break parts of the site.

Children

The site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we make significant changes to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
