By using NZXT Server you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Who can use the site

You must be at least 13 years old and able to enter an agreement in your country. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so keep your login details private.

Server listings

You may only list a server you own or operate, or one you have permission to represent. When you submit a listing you confirm that:

• the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date
• you hold the rights to any banner, logo or text you upload
• your server does not break Cfx.re or Rockstar Games rules

Ownership verification requires you to publish a claim value in your server configuration. We check it regularly, and a listing that stops publishing it loses its verified badge.

Votes and rankings

Votes are meant to come from real players. Manipulating votes with scripts, bots or repeated fake sessions will result in vote resets and can get a listing removed.

Our rights

We may edit, hide or remove any listing, review or account that breaks these terms or the Acceptable Usage policy. We can also change or discontinue features on the site.

No affiliation and no warranty

NZXT Server is an independent directory and is not affiliated with Cfx.re or Rockstar Games. Listings are submitted by third parties, live statistics come from public APIs, and we do not guarantee that any of it is accurate or available at all times. The site is provided as is.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site, or from anything that happens on a server you find here.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the new version.
